1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using TripPack (mytrippack.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

2. What TripPack Is

TripPack is a free, browser-based tool that generates travel packing lists based on the destination, dates, trip type, and travel companions you enter. It also publishes travel packing guides and related articles. The service is provided at no cost, with no account or registration required.

3. Packing Lists Are Suggestions, Not Advice

TripPack generates suggestions using general travel patterns, weather forecasts, and destination data. These suggestions are informational only. In particular:

• Visa and entry requirements change frequently. Always verify with the official government or embassy website for your destination and your nationality.
• Customs restrictions on medication, food, electronics, and other items vary by country. Confirm with the relevant customs authority.
• Airline baggage rules — size, weight, and prohibited items — are set by each carrier and can change without notice. Check with your airline.
• Weather forecasts come from Open-Meteo and are estimates, not guarantees.

You are responsible for what you pack and for meeting the legal requirements of your trip.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use TripPack for personal and commercial travel planning. You may not:

• Use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure
• Republish TripPack's articles or destination guides in bulk without permission
• Use the site in a way that violates applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

The TripPack name, site design, written guides, and underlying code are owned by TripPack. You are welcome to link to any page, quote short excerpts with attribution, and share your generated packing list freely. Wholesale reproduction of our articles requires written permission.

The packing list you generate is yours — do whatever you want with it.

6. No Account, No User Content

TripPack does not offer accounts, and there is no way to submit public content to the site. Any items you add to your list are stored only in your own browser. See our Privacy Policy for details on local storage.

7. Third-Party Services

TripPack relies on external services including Open-Meteo (weather data), Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Vercel (hosting). Their availability and behavior are outside our control. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Advertising

TripPack displays advertising served by Google AdSense to keep the tool free. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. Advertisements are the responsibility of the advertiser; their presence is not an endorsement by TripPack.

9. Availability and Changes

TripPack is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Destination data, guides, and features may be updated or removed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TripPack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that packing suggestions will be complete or suitable for your specific trip.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripPack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including missed flights, denied boarding, confiscated items, or any loss related to items you did or did not pack.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
